XPA: Financial report out of balance by $1, despite the trial balance being accurate

Xcede Financials report is out of balance by $1.00, despite Trial Balance being accurate.

Follow the steps below to fix this:

  1. From the APS Main menu, open XPA.

  2. Click the Xcede Reporting from the top menu, Xcede.

  3. Click Options, Round.

  4. Adjust the fields to match the following:
    Round: (None)
    Precision: (No Change)
    Zero: (No Change)

  5. Click OK.

  6. Run the report, and the out of balance will no longer appear when exported into Excel.
