BAS: Corrected BPAY and EFT payment details formatting

Fixed the layout of bank payment details on the printed BAS Activity Statement so it matches the ATO Portal payment slip. The account/BSB details and payment reference number are now clearly labelled and consistently formatted, resolving a client-reported discrepancy between the Elite-generated BAS and the official ATO payment slip.

Removal of label 8B from variant F.

Label 8B has been removed from form type F, which caused a rejection on lodgement with error code CMN.ATO.AS.EM98061.

Label 1b missing from variant A.

Corrected an issue which prevented label 1b from appearing correctly on form type A.
