Practice Management: Productivity report reflects Fee Earner budget in periods prior to the Fee Earner start date

The Practice Management productivity report is showing Fee Earner budgets for periods prior to the Fee Earner's actual start date.

Follow the steps:

  1. Go to Fee Earner console.

  2. Change the start date to the earliest date shown in the Budget.

  3. Open the Budget console and delete all the budgets created up to the actual start date.

  4. Return to the Fee Earner Console and reset the start date to the correct value.
