XPA: Transfer data from one xpa file to another

Run a Data Entry listings report for the current version of the file.

Specify any filters that may be required:

Then click View Report.

Once the report is generated, click on the Export button.

On the grid report, click on Excel to Export into Excel.

Once the data entries are in excel, please refer to the Xcede Data Import section below:

The layout of the data in Excel should be as follows:

When the data is finally in the correct layout, simply import the file into the new ledger using the Chart Mapping Toolbox and select the APS Xcede Data format.
