Tax Manager and Elite Forms: Error: 'Invalid use of Null Number: 94 Source, ABCAgentForms'

Error occurs running a Tax Agent Reports such as ITCRPT, ASLRPT the below error message occurs in the Tax Agent console.

To resolve this issue, a Tax Agent needs to be selected first before attempting to run the request for the Reports:

  1. Open the Tax Agents Console and go to Agent Forms.

  2. Check the indicator next to Agents and make sure a valid Tax Agent is selected.

    In some cases, the default agent may be set to ‘None’ or another invalid name. If so, delete the invalid entry. Then enter an asterisk * in the search bar and press Enter to display the full list.

  3. Select the correct agent from the dropdown.
    ​

  4. Select the Tax Year.

  5. Select Manage Request, and the request should run successfully for the required reports.
