Open the main APS Applications Menu, scroll to Advanced Actions, and select Audit Setup.
Using the left menu, tick the checkbox on the field that requires audit tracking.
In the Trigger Change pop-up, enter a name for the trigger.
Click on the Build button on the toolbar. This will build a script to watch for changes in that field.
The Audit Management report allows you to review tracked changes made within the system, including what was changed, when the change occurred, and who made the change. This information is available for fields that have audit tracking enabled.
Follow the steps to view Audit Changes:
Open the Advance Applications Menu.
Scroll down to Advanced Actions and select Audit Management.
From the left-hand menu, select Audit.
Enter the required date range using the From and To fields.
Click Load Data to generate the report.
Review the report to view the recorded changes, including:
The field that was changed
The previous and updated values
The date and time of the change
The user who made the change
đNote: Only fields configured for audit tracking will display change history in the report.
