Practice Management: Audit Setup to track changes in PM

How to monitor changes that users have made, such as client address and bank details.

  1. Open the main APS Applications Menu, scroll to Advanced Actions, and select Audit Setup.

  2. Using the left menu, tick the checkbox on the field that requires audit tracking.

  3. In the Trigger Change pop-up, enter a name for the trigger.

  4. Click on the Build button on the toolbar. This will build a script to watch for changes in that field.

TIP: Changes can be checked by going to: Main APSApplications Menu, scroll toAdvanced Actionsand selectAudit Management.
